Regression: Gap is observed between vertical scroll bar and down arrow on chrome://downloads page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3578.75 (Official Build) Revision 06ef00b5279f93f8e0c1e73acedd49d7dcc09767-refs/branch-heads/3578@{#836} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) & Linux(14.04 LTS). Pre-condition: 1. Only 6 downloads entry must be present under chrome://download page. 2. Chrome download bar also be present on chrome://download page. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://downloads page. 2. Press 'Tab' key from keyboard till focus reaches to 'Show in folder' option of last download entry and observe. Actual: Gap is seen between vertical scroll bar and down arrow. Expected: Gap should not seen between vertical scroll bar and down arrow. This is a regression issue, broken in M-70 series, below is manual regression range: Good build: 70.0.3502.3 (Revision: 577760) Bad build: 70.0.3503.0 (Revision: 578159) You are probably looking for a change made after 577767 (known good), but no later than 577768 (first known bad). This issue is not reproducible on Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) OS. 3. Bottom area of last tiles is not seen properly on chrome://download page when blue focus ring reaches to 'Show in folder' option of last tiles whereas in good build (70.0.3502.3) last tiles is seen properly. I don't think this is worth fixing. It seems to only happen in very specific combinations of number of downloads and window height. Even when you reproduce it, the side effect is that the user just doesn't see the bottom 15px or so, of which has no content. |
