What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Add site exception in any content setting that allows it.
(2)Visit the https version of the site.
(3)Visit "All sites"

What is the expected result?
Two entries appear:
www.websiteVisited.com
https://www.websiteVistied.com

What happens instead?
The exception added should include the https version.
