Chrome locks up when trying to load a page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Example URL: https://www.theguardian.com/uk Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to access theguardian.com from bookmark or Googling it. 3. What is the expected behavior? Page should load text and images. What went wrong? Page loads text and frames, but fails to load images. From this point forward, Chrome will open new tabs but fails to access any web pages until shut down and restarted. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Previous build, up to a few hours ago. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Thanks for filing th issue... Tried to reproduce the issue on chrome stable 70.0.3538.110 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated the URL " theguardian.com " As we have observed that the page text and images loading properly. @Reporter: Could you please check the attached screen cast and let us know if anything missed from our end and verify this issue on latest chrome beta 71.0.3578.75you can download latest chrome builds here:" https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel ".
