Gamepads are not detected on Android since Chrome 70

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect gamepad via bluetooth
2. Press some key to be sure that it doesn't work
3. Check that navigator.getGamepads() list is empty

What is the expected behavior?
It is expected that gamepad is visible and working on this site http://html5gamepad.com, and also when calling navigator.getGamepads() there should be connected gamepad

What went wrong?
Gamepad is not detected
