Sometimes UI does not refresh and show newly connected monitor.

Even though Chrome has extended desktop to this monitor.
Going back one level to setting and back to display did not refresh the display info, but F5 refreshing the page did and the display showed up in UI.
This happened with extremely flaky Nocturne with external monitor which also failed to read EDID so it used 1024x768 resolution.
I tried few times more but could not repro.
