Summary: Customer has 2 Step Verification enforced in his account with security keys. He owns a Chromebook, but has no licenses for it. Whenever he uses the Chromebook it rarely ask for the security keys. Customer would need that his Chromebook ask for the security key at every sign in without having a license to apply the policy to a device.
