Steps:
# Log out to get to the login screen
# Press tab to bring keyboard focus to different areas, note that it is blue
# Tab to the password field 
Expected: blue focus ring around the password field
Actual: no focus indicator (though the cursor does blink, but it's not very perceptible)

If you repeat the same behavior on the lockscreen, you'll see the same lack of focus indication
