Occasionally (as in Issue 776222) it's necessary to run tryjobs on one specific GPU configuration. To make this easier we should set up manually-triggered trybots for all of the configurations on the gpu.fyi waterfall: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/g/chromium.gpu.fyi/console .

Each can contain ~3 VMs. The Windows and Linux ones can be provisioned through Machine Provider. We'll need help from the Labs team to provision the Mac VMs.
