What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome and navigate to a sign in form.
(2) Open another app in split screen next to Chrome.
(3) Rotate device to landscape. Tap the password field.

What is the expected result?
The accessory bar isn't displayed? (Alternatively, if it should be, then it doesn't work in portrait.)

What happens instead?
The accessory bar is displayed.
