Issue descriptionChrome Version: 72.0.3622.0 (Official Build) 74770d660797220710701b2c66ad38390ab86d43-refs/branch-heads/3622@{#1} (32/64-bit) OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) and Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/fonts. 2. Change 'Minimum font size' to Huge. 3. Now, open dev-tools and go to Audit tab. 4. Scroll down and observe 'Run Audit' button. Actual Result: 'Run Audit' button is seen chopped on changing font size to Huge. Expected Result: Button should not be seen chopped. This is a regression issue, broken in M-68, and below is the bisect provided using Chromium script. Good Build:68.0.3433.0 (Revision:559328) Bad Build: 68.0.3434.0 (Revision:559775) You are probably looking for a change made after 565204 (known good), but no later than 565205 (first known bad). CHANGE-LOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/92310cbab544a1a3ed2b1b0623155e2fe8c2c859..3f2dc028ad0011e5d68b17bf41870a9296181f28?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspect: r559754 ? phulce@: Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Note: 1. Unable to provide 'per-revision' bisect as it shows "We don't have enough builds to bisect" error message for above range. (tried on other machines but still getting the same error again) 2. Hence, providing suspect through Chromium bisect. 3. Issue is also seen on Stable #70.0.3538.110, Beta #71.0.3578.62 and Dev #72.0.3610.2 build. Kindly refer the screen-cast from the link given below Thank You!
