Other passwords button not available in Manual fallback for iOS 11.2 or less

Button was removed because the form doesn't fill with user selection on the all passwords popup in 11.2 while it works for 11.3+

Is this bug fixed?
@subhashinik can you please verify this bug on iOS devices less than 11.2 after the bug marked Fixed.

I believe it will not be fixed, and just closed when we deprecated support for 11.2 or less.
Javier to confirm.
