Chrome Version: 72.0.3622.0 (Official Build) Revision 74770d660797220710701b2c66ad38390ab86d43-refs/branch-heads/3622@{#1} (32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, under chrome://settings/appearance, change Font size to 'Very Large'
2. Under chrome://settings/languages, change browser language to 'Malayalam' or 'Tamil' and relaunch the browser.
3. Press 'Ctrl + P' to open Print preview overlay.
4. Now observe the text Total:'n sheet of paper'(that appears above the print button) in the applied language. 

Actual  : Text is not seen properly as it hides behind 'Print' button on changing browser language.
Expected: Text should not hide behind 'Print' button on changing browser language.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-72 series and providing the per revision bisect info below:
Good build: 72.0.3618.0 (Revision: 610279)
Bad build : 72.0.3619.0 (Revision: 610515)

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

NOTE: This issue is not seen on Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.2) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
