Tapping Caps key have a different behavior for different keyboard for first line functions icon display or not

Steps；
1.Go to some keyboards
2.Tap top-left "access point" arrow makes first line function icon not-shown
3.Tap Caps key 

Actual:
For some keyboards, function icon in first line(hw/mode switch/setting icon) will display again,eg.INTL,EXTD,DV,BE, etc.

For some keyboards, function icon in first line not display ,eg. ko,BG,Cantonese ,GR etc.
