We offer the ability to use 3rd party voices in Chrome OS either by installing an extension providing the voices or by using ARC++ to download an Android app that offers additional voices. I feel we need to clarify this on two sides:

1. Put out instructions for finding and installing additional voices
2. Put out instructions for configuring those voices in Settings > Manage Accessibility features > Text-to-Speech voice settings > Preferred Voices
