App icon is not shown on the shelf on launching Chrome apps/ Showtime app/ YouTube TV app

Chrome OS Version: 11151.40.0, 71.0.3578.65 beta channel nocturne

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Showtime app/ YouTube TV app/ YouTube chrome app/ Gmail chrome app from launcher
(2) Each of those opens in a browser tab 


What is the expected result?
Corresponding app icon should be shown on the shelf (in the unpinned section of the shelf)

What happens instead?
App icon is not shown on the shelf, every time when it is launched.

This is WAI: they should not show because they are seen as tabs in the Chrome app.
