SVG image displays incorrect polygon filling

1. Load SVG file into Chrome browser

What is the expected behavior?
Where the 2 inner polygons overlap, filling should occur.

What went wrong?
Incorrect rendering of even-odd filling rule

I've just tested the sample SVG file (triangluation.svg) in Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 for Windows XP and it does render correctly there.

Able to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version #70.0.3538.102, latest stable #70.0.3538.110 and latest chrome #72.0.3622.0 using Windows 10 and Mac 10.13.6 by following steps as per comment#0.As per comment#3 providing the bisect information and appropriate labels.
Note: Issue is not seen on Linux.
