Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Example URL: N/A Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load SVG file into Chrome browser What is the expected behavior? Where the 2 inner polygons overlap, filling should occur. What went wrong? Able to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version #70.0.3538.102, latest stable #70.0.3538.110 and latest chrome #72.0.3622.0 using Windows 10 and Mac 10.13.6 by following steps as per comment#0.As per comment#3 providing the bisect information and appropriate labels. Note: Issue is not seen on Linux.
