What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) repo --help

What is the expected result?
repo should list the various commands that it supports, as well as either descriptions of how to use them or a direction to run repo <command> --help.

What happens instead?
repo's usage message explains how to change the pagination and color and print time and version information but does not explain how to use the tool.
