Right-arrow in search box should move to the next app auggestion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Search for "ca", such that calculator and camera appear
(2) witness the current available interactions

btw it looks like pressing the right arrow key just deletes the auto complete atm

Summary: Right-arrow in search box should move to the next app auggestion (was: DESIGN: Should right-arrow in search box move to the next app auggestion)
Right arrow will always land us on the "Next" result, if it is an app, it the next app, if it is a list, it will be the next in the list

This will be landed in conjunction with the down arrow change
