Blink of black screen is seen after login to user account

ChromeOS  11297.0.0, 72.0.3618.0  dev-channel  coral

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Auto-update to 11297.0.0 build
2. Log-in to user account and wait for ~2 seconds

What happens instead?
Blink of black screen is seen.

Observed this issue on coral. Issue not seen on eve device.
