Layout Test cross-fade-background-size.html must be rebaselined

The following layout test:

virtual/gpu-rasterization/images/cross-fade-background-size.html

must be updated for Skia CL https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/172964

That CL slightly changes the algorithm for edge AA and texture coordinate outsetting for textured images, which results in an imperceptible change in several pixels in the image.
