Wayland uses formats from the compositor to answer format support queries.

We should make sure that format queries are thread safe and then do one of the following

(1) If they are fine as is, add a thread checker to IsNativePixmapConfigSupported to catch races

(2) Add locking.

We could also just do (2) regardless.
