Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Opened New Tab Page and Went the URL.
2. Clicked on Base Reflectivity Loop Link At Top Of Left Side of Page.
3. Chrome showed Plugin Icon for HTML5/Flash Player Install inside of video in the center of page.

What is the expected behavior?
I had expected it to load Radar Loop.

What went wrong?
It showed HTML5/Flash Player Icon in Video at center of page.
