Issue descriptionAn attempt to create a LUCI build in a non-existing pool results in a weird error that talks about CIPD server instead of nonexistent pool https://luci-scheduler.appspot.com/jobs/webrtc/Perf%20Win7/9094209878701236096 Please fix the error message.

Ah, nuts; I have a CL to fix this coming up. We could revert the config change in the meantime though. |
