Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to the canary channel
2. Go to a site (such as this page)

What is the expected behavior?
Fonts and buttons are displayed normally.

What went wrong?
Fonts and buttons show text in Times New Romans (I think) and cover parts of the page to make reading difficult. I have seen it only in a non-incognito window where as it does not behave like this in incognito. See screenshots for visual.
