What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE,enable and disable Chromevox(spoken feedback) once
(2)Now click on "let's go" button in Welcome screen and observe blank screen

Actual: Blank screen is seen while redirecting the screens in OOBE
Expected: No such blank screen should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-71 beta
