What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open chrome://settings/cupsPrinters page 
(2)Observe the title while opening Add Printer overlay

Actual: Glimpse of 'Add a nearbuy printer' text is seen at title,while opening Add Printer overlay
Expected: No such unnecessary glimpse of other texts should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
