Regression: Bookmark icon disappears after bringing focus on omnibox.

Chrome Version:2.0.3622.0 (Official Build)  74770d660797220710701b2c66ad38390ab86d43-refs/branch-heads/3622@{#1}(32/64 bit)

OS:  Win(7,8,8.1,10) OS 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to 'https://www.google.com/'.
2.Now press 'F6' key to bring focus on omnibox and observe.

Actual  : Bookmark icon disappears after bringing focus on omnibox.
Expected: Bookmarks should not be disappear after bringing focus on onmibox.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-72’ and soon update other bisect info.
Good build: 72.0.3595.0

Unable to provide 'per-revision' bisect as it shows "RuntimeError : We don't have enough builds to bisect..." error message for above range. 
Hence provided suspect through 'Chromium bisect'.

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
