Pressing space key can not always submit the first candidate words for German keyboard

Input tools version:
72.0.20181122.222570995

Steps:
1.Switch to German any keyboard(eg.German keyboard,German NEo 2, Belgian）
2。Tap any key ,press space key

Actual:
Can not always submit the first candidate word
