Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a page, enter in console navigator.maxTouchPoints 2. Sometimes you get 2 returned What is the expected behavior? returns 0 What went wrong? Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version #70.0.3538.102 and latest stable #70.0.3538.110 using Windows 10, by following steps as per comment#0. Observed that after entering "navigator.maxTouchPoints" under the console, it returned value "0". Attached screenshot for reference. @reporter: Could you please review the attached screenshot and let us know if anything is being missed here. Request you retry the issue on latest stable #70.0.3538.110 by creating a new person without any apps and extensions installed, reset all flags to default and let us know if the issue still exists. You can download the latest stable from-"https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel". Thanks.!
