Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open any website 2. download any file 3. now all your tabs get resized because the downloads shelf changes the size of the content What is the expected behavior? Every other browser avoids having a full width bar at the bottom of the page modifying the size of the content you seeing. The expected behaviour is to just not use a full width bar at the bottom of the browser to show downloads. What went wrong? What goes wrong is that the size of the page changes. This triggers resizes and if you playing games some resize operations are expensive, the game freezes for a couple of ms (complete repaint) when the bar is shown and after you close it (because the downloads bar causes two resizes, one when you open and another one when you close it) This should be completely unnecessary! Please move the downloads bar out of the bottom of sites. We have a lot of width specially in wide screens but not much height and adding this bar here steals precious view for just showing a download! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Yes, this design is wrong please change it, every other browser is just not doing this.
