Still having a issues with white blank website pages

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  I have try to use another browser to see if it work and it did work .
2. I have did a new window incognito in google chrome and it worked than fine .
3. The site will not load right on chrome by it self no more .

What is the expected behavior?
Still having issues with site will not load right on chrome by it self no more .
