can't open chrome and prompt chrome failed during startup with an unexpected error

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click the chrome icon

What is the expected behavior?
open the chrome correctly

What went wrong?
can't open

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 72.0.3618.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 8.0.0

Same issue on Canary.

The problem has been solved for Galaxy S9/S9+ devices.
