Many, many websites have latched onto the Chrome notifications feature. Whenever you go to a new  website, there are typically 3-4 different dialogs that you have to dismiss that all ask you to enable notifications or sign up for mailing lists. The Chrome notifications dialog contributes to this problem.

Those of us who just never, ever want notifications enabled, ever, for any website, ever, should have a way to turn off that dialog.

In settings there should be a setting that allows you to permanently block all notification requests.
