Command-clicking a file in the downloads bar should show it in Finder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download a file
(2) Command-click file in downloads bar

What is the expected result?
The downloaded file is shown in Finder. This is standard behavior on macOS.

What happens instead?
The downloaded file is opened. There is no difference between clicking and command-clicking the file. This is a regression and used to work pre M69.

Thanks for the report. This is a known bug and tracked in issue 881449. Merging into it.
