Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. right click on bookmark bar 2. context menu shows shortcut keys (eg, "Add Folder(F)...") 3. press "F" key to add folder (or some other keys) What is the expected behavior? Folder creation dialog should open What went wrong? Nothing happens Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.14.1 Flash Version: Context menus on macOS do not have shortcuts. So, showing the shortcut may be the problem.

Thanks for the issue... As per comment #0, Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome 70.0.3538.110 and from M-60 to latest chrome 72.0.3621.0. As we have not seen shortcut key (F) on bookmark context menu and form the comment #0 it seems to be future request. Hence, marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev team. Removing Needs-Bisect label to it. Thanks..!
