youtube videos doesnt load in canary

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open youtube.com
2. click on a video
3. doesn't loads
4.try opening in a new tab
5.still doesnt load

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
canary update is upto date

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
