What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)create empty folder at bookmark bar
(2)Create second folder in bookmark bar
(3)select one of it and move cursor between folders few times

What is the expected result?
-dropdown list with one value "empty"

What happens instead?
-each move adding to dropdown list one more value "empty"
