Input time in landscape mode on mobile does not work.

Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce the issue. Steps to reproduce: -------------------------- 1. Opened Chrome and navigated to link:https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_type_time 2. Turned mobile to landscape mode 3. Clicked on time input and observed a block with clock. Chrome version: 70.0.3538.80 OS: Android 7.0 ,6.0,8.0.1,9 Android device: Samsung J7,Nexus 5,Nexus 6P & Pixel 2 XL onesoleru@: Could you please check the above steps and let us know if we missed anything.Is this issue reproducible on pixel devices or list any other devices you are seeing this issue. Also check by updating chrome to latest stable #70.0.3538.110. Thanks!

I think the problem occurs on smaller definition (1280x720). I tried on Samsung galaxy J5 and the problem occurred too. I also tried on a Galaxy Tab A (1920 x 1200) and it works.
