Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Boot to OS. 2. Install VLC Player from the Play Store. 3. Copy video to the unit. 4. Open VLC player and play a local video. 5. Close the lid/ press "shift+search+L" to enter Sleep 6. Resume the unit. 7. Find Video will flash black screen and rewind 4~5s.. What is the expected behavior? Video will not flash black screen and should be play continue when playback via VLC after resume from Sleep What went wrong? 1. I could not repro this on an HP Chromebook 14 with Chrome M72. Both .webm and .mp4 files resumed playback on VLC without any black screen or rewinding upon resuming from sleep. posciak@ for further triage.
