Increasing page room moves window to right side

Chrome Version: 72.0.3612.0 EVE
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use Ctrl + Shift + '-' to decrease page zoom a little bit.
(2) Open a window (browser or Google player), shrink it and put it in the center
of display.
(3) Use Ctrl + Shift + '+' to increase page zoom.

What is the expected result?
Window stays around its original location.

What happens instead?
Window moves to right.

Caption should be "page zoom" instead of "room". Sorry for typing error.

This is WAI. It just looks moving because it stays at the same location.
