The metrics / analytics measure of same was removed in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1345374/6/ui/file_manager/file_manager/background/js/import_history.js#b657

We should consider adding an UMA for it, if it's important to measure the import history processing time.
