The chromeos-fonts ebuild uses qemu to run build tools inside the board sysroot.  We're going to need to start doing the same thing for gdk-pixbuf, and it could also be useful for llvm and arc-llvm.  We should refactor the qemu_run function into something reusable across these ebuilds.
