Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Chrome opening a new link on existing tab but showing the last URL visited instead of the correct destination.
To replicate the issue
Click a link that is intended to open new tab {link that does not have target = "_blank"} -> then on the new tab you opened go to another page (URL eg google.com) then go back to the original tab and click the same link
Chrome redirect you to the existing tab that you used before but shows you the last page URL you visited in this case google.com
What is the expected behavior?
Open the target URL on a new tab not the last URL visited
What went wrong?
Chrome new tab does not open link on new tab
Did this work before? Yes
