This is a new test added by:

It's consistently failing:

This is a testharness.js-based test.
FAIL setRemoteDescription with an SDP without a=msid lines triggers ontrack with a default stream. assert_equals: expected 1 but got 0
Harness: the test ran to completion.

We should update the -expected.txt file instead of TestExpectations (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1346395) but its OK for now.
