[M17n] Lost focus in menu list with finger sliding up and down to select keyboard

Google input tools version:72.0.20181119.222196747

Steps；
1.Open menu list inside keyboard
2.Want to switch keyboard by slide up and down by finger 

Actual:
Very easy to lost focus , will close menu list automatically, focus is out of menu list

Note：
1.Ever found this issue in Scarlet tab
2.If in Bob device, disable <enable-ime-service> ,this issue not repro

Who is in my device taking my money and identity  please fix all my issues and check my apps and get who ever is in my device out I think there coming in three my email 1is from bersal another porgies and the other Nigeria I thnk

When switch to floating window, put focus on bottom line keys, very difficult to click it, focus is very easy to move around ;

If lock screen some time, re-log on system, this issue repro very obviously, 
want to tap language icon to open menu list ,but focus always to in Space key ,so very difficult to open menu list

checked with Yu offline, this seems to be a screen issue only for that specific device.

@zhangyu, can you update here after confirming this issue on other devices? Thanks!
