Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. default function is that when you hover an item which has title attr lie '<span title="show me">content</span>' , would show the title value 2. I point the dom object which is described above but nothing happens What is the expected behavior? it must be show a text box when I hover on that dom obj What went wrong? nothing happens Did this work before? mskayali@ - Thanks for filing the issue...!! Tried testing the issue using <span title="show me">content</span> and forming a html file. Observed that only text "content" is shown. Could you please provide a sample test file/url to test the issue from TE-end. This will help us in triaging the issue further. Thanks...!!

I can't reproduce this bug report. Here's what I did: 1) Navigate to data:text/html,<span title="foo bar">abcdef</span> 2) Mouse over the text "abcdef" in the page I see a tooltip reading "foo bar", on: Linux 71.0.3578.98 Mac 73.0.3640.0 Mac 71.0.3578.98 I'm going to call this WontFix / Can't Repro. |
