Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and Navigate to above URL.
2. Download the extension ,click on extension (Extension options opens) 
3. Right click on extension using touch pad/Mouse(Chrome context menu opens).
3. Observe.


Actual Result   :Chrome context menu overlaps with Extension options .
Expected Result :Extension options opens should disappear when Right click is performed on extension using touch pad/Mouse so that Chrome context menu opens.

This is a regression issue broken in M-67 and below is the bisect information:
Good Build :67.0.3362.0  
Bad Build : 67.0.3364.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 540879 (known good), but no later than 540880 (first known bad).
CHANGE-LOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
