Sir when I connect any WiFi ,I can not access Google service like YouTube,chrome,playstore it show no connection or no internet but this time a I access other apps like Facebook,mx player ,Jio tv, uTorrent ,so sir plz help me as soon as possible

This doesn't seem to be a Chrome issue but a general networking issue for your Android device.

From the chrome error I wonder if it is related to your proxy server being set on your wifi setup.
