Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3572.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chromium with attached file, onchange.html 2. Select an option. Nothing happens. What is the expected behavior? It should display an alert. What went wrong? The onchange event is not fired. This works if you attach the event using JavaScript as opposed to using 'onchange' attribute. This works in Chrome but not Chromium. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3572.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
