Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up chrome 2. Try to drag window to anywhere on my screen 3. Doesn't work What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? ....chrome updated on it's own without my permission and now I can't move the browser window and it's the most frustrating thing since internet explorer. Did this work before? Yes The one right before this. Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.10.1 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.6 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.102 and latest canary #72.0.3616.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened up chrome. 2. Dragged and moved window to anywhere on the screen. 3. Observed that chrome moved/dragged without any issues. reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #72.0.3616.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. The latest chrome builds can be downloaded from the below URL: https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel Thanks...!!
